Family owned
I started this business as a way to stay home with my baby while also contributing to the household. My husband, a Knoxville native, served in the US Army. We are a small, family owned business, and we're proud to be serving our community here in East Tennessee!

What is the return policy?
After a custom order is approved, in production, and then completed, we will not accept cancellations or returns. Typically, 2 free mock-ups are offered to ensure design accuracy.
For designs made and sold by me, we will accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
For custom orders, we try to be as accurate as possible with completion dates.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
